All of our search projects start with a detailed Project Plan that is presented to our clients at the beginning of the assignment. This enables us to track our progress and share the results with our clients bi-weekly to insure there are no surprises.
The Project Plan is combined with our Progress Report, which defines the candidates who are currently in our portfolio for this particular position.
We conduct a Milestone Meeting/Conference at the 5-6 week point to confirm that we are on schedule and also verify the viability of the Target companies and credentials of the prospects identified at that time. After an initial portfolio of candidates is developed, their attributes are reviewed with the client during the Milestone Meeting. Criteria are prioritized so that focus can be brought to those attributes that are critical to the candidate’s success with the client’s organization.
We also create a Candidate Presentation that helps to sell the opportunity to Candidates and is given out during the Field Interview stage.
Our goal is to be presenting final candidates after our Field Interviews, who are ready for Headquarters interviews, at approximately the 8-9 week point.
