Jeff has over 30 years of leadership experience, with more than sixteen years in the retained executive search industry. His background includes:
- Westerberg & Associates, Inc.- executive search, coaching, training and consulting, President… Jeff has also maintained a partnership with Porter Henry & Company, Inc., a leading sales training firm. Jeff has traveled the globe training and developing high performance teams. - Team Resources, Inc., now Triaxia, Inc. - management consulting, training and executive search, Principal and Vice President - RCI, executive search, Senior Vice President - Coca-Cola, promoted through marketing and sales positions to Southeast Area Manager for the Fountain Division. There Jeff served as the GM of a $200 million business with 100+ employees. - Richardson-Vicks (Proctor and Gamble), promoted from sales positions to Division Manager, National Accounts Manager and Brand Manager.
A graduate of Colgate University, Jeff served in the US Air Force as a Captain in Air Intelligence. His community service has included YMCA Indian Guides Federation Chief, growing parent-child participation from 600 to over 1,200.
Over his entire career, Jeff has been involved in selecting, coaching, training, leading and motivating individuals, leaders and teams to be their very best. Jeff and his wife Glenda have four grown children. He and his family enjoy snow skiing, hiking, travel and involvement in church activities.

Glenda Westerberg joined Westerberg & Associates in 2007. Glenda lends a creative edge to Westerberg & Associates as our Advertising Director. Her multiplicity of talents and diverse experience in the field of advertising bring results driven solutions to our clients. Glenda has worked with Real Estate, Tourism, Financial Products, Automotive and Legal accounts.
Glenda's interest in advertising began as a retail business owner developing her own marketing and advertising campaigns. Her creative strategies were optimized as she worked within her own budget giving her a perspective unique to most advertising executives. She navigates media buys and placements with an understanding of the cost to the client and a comprehensive strategy to increase business. Her experience and enthusiasm in the field continued to develop as she worked for Gannett as a regional sales representative. Her success led her to an advertising agency in Atlanta where she specialized in Automotive and Legal Accounts. Glenda now leads Westerberg & Associates Advertising and brings a passionate belief that a brand thrives when you speak with "One Voice" connecting with the heart of your target audience. Glenda received her education from Piedmont University in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains where she developed a love for hiking and the great outdoors.

Kelly is a published author and consultant with over twenty-five years of teambuilding experience.
